  • I wanted this course to be free. However, life has taught me that people only value something when they have skin in the game. This course will be $150.00 plus a 70/30 split for the first 5 deals closed.

  • This isn’t about selling courses for me. I’m looking to help the community and I desire a team who cares deeply as I do.

  • If you don’t want to work for me, for whatever reason, that’s okay! However, the chances of me JV’ing after the course are slim just because that’s not in my business model unless the split remains at 70/30. All the best to you though!
